I’ve been writ­ing full-time since 1999. I am end­lessly inter­ested in the myr­iad ways that peo­ple inter­act with the moun­tain envi­ron­ment through back­coun­try ski­ing and moun­taineer­ing adven­tures, through art, scientific stud­ies, wildlife biol­ogy, pho­tog­ra­phy, film­mak­ing and writing. My favourite writ­ing projects are those that allow me weave my own out­door adven­tures and explo­rations together with the dis­cov­er­ies, accom­plish­ments and pur­suits of oth­ers who con­nect with the moun­tain environment. I con­tribute reg­u­larly to a num­ber of mag­a­zines and news­pa­pers, includ­ing the following:
